TransferDatabase command, link DBF from DBC to Access 2003

Dear,

I have got a problem when to do this command:
docmd.TransferDatabase acLink, "ODBC Database","ODBC;DSN=Visual FoxPro
Database;SourceDB=P:\data\Acc2007.dbc;SourceType=DBC",acTable,"DAcc0307.dbf","tblAcc0307"

The problem is "Runtime error 3146"
"ODBC -- call failed"
"[Microsoft][ODBC Visual FoxPro Driver]Driver not capable (#0)"

But manually I can link or import a DBF from DBC file.

Your help is highly appreciated.
