Transfering an Access Report to Excel

Is there a way to create a report in access with a predefine format and
export the report to Excel with all the data and format?
Right now the problem I’m having is that I have an access report and when I
export this report to Excel only the data gets transferred and the format
gets lost.

That is the way it works.
The do the formatting you want, you will have to use Automation. That is,
write code in VBA that will create an instance of Excel, create an Excel
workbook, select a worksheet, and do the formmating in VBA and load in your
data.
