Transfering an Outlook 2003 Settings to Another Computer

Hi:

I'm giving one of my user a new laptop. I have a Windows 2003 Network
Environment. I use exchange for email. What I wanted to do is how do I
transfer the outlook settings i.e signatures, cuztomize views and so fort. to
the new laptop.
I tried using the File Transfer Wizard and The Office Settings Wizard and it
doesn't seems to work at all. When I open the outlook I get an error and it's
looking for the ost and archive file. I wanted to know if their is another
way to do this transfer besides the the things I already tried.

Thank You In Advance

Simply reconfigure Outlook and copy the signature manually. Views and rules
are kept within the Exchange database. In addition you can export the
Categories registry key and import it on the new machine.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook
