Transfering Auto-text entries to new a computer

Friends,
I have made many autotext and autocorrect entries over the years in
Word 2002 (Windows 2000 Pro).
Now I want to transfer all of them to my new computer. How do I do
that? Can I simply find the file of the entries and transfer it to
the same folder in the new computer?
