Transfering calendar content

I want to copy my Outlook calendar details from my office
PC to my home PC. How is this best done? Export &
import of the .pst file? If both PCs use Outlook 2000
but one operating system is XP and the other is Windows
Professional 2000 does this make a difference? Thanks.
