Transfering contacts and calendar

I recently purchased a tiny computer that does not have a cd drive in it,
that's how small it is. Anyways, I need to transfer from my Outlook 2007,
all my contacts and appointments to the new computer that only has Outlook
Express and Microsoft Works on it. How do I do this? I know that I can back
up the info to USB Data device but the info on Outlook is a PST file and the
file on Express is a WAB file. Please help. Thanks for your time.

Obviously you are asking in a group. This one is for "OneNote" and has
nothing to do with Outlook or Outlook Express.
Pls ask in the group for Outlook Express
(microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general).

The best thing would be to just install Outlook on your new computer.
You could do this either with copying the Outlook install files to a USB
stick, using a USB-CD-drive (which you will need sooner or later anyway)
or via a network connection.

Otherwise you could *export* the Outlook data with the CSV format on the
old computer and then *import* the data in Outlook Express
(WAB-Addressbook).
