transfering data

If i have the same templates or database on two different computer, how do i
make it into one , that is the data itself. how do i transfer the data
especially if the databases have not changed? Thanks?

The plan eventually is to have a network of course.

Since you aren't on a network and can't place the database in a shared
location, the best thing I know to do is to copy and paste the data from the
table(s) in one database into another (essentially appending the data to the
bottom of the tables). Depending on the size of the database you can either
email the database or put it on a jump drive to get the second database to
the first computer.
