My understanding is that you need a syncro program. All the OneNote
files are stored within a single master directory in your documents
folder so syncro that master directory (and its subs) should syncro both
machines.

Alternatively, you can arrange for a SharePoint server but that co$t$.

It's not hard at all - there are lots of options. Peer-to-peer
networking, USB drives or even Internet file storage for three
possiblities.

It's not at all difficult - you just need some way to connect them. You
can do that with peer-to-peer networking if you have a network switch or
hub; including wirelessly if that's what you have.

You could use a USB drive of some kind, or even use some kind of Internet
file storage to do it.

I've had good luck with a synchronizing program called BeInSync. Both
computers have to be connected to the internet at the same time. BeInSync
runs in the background and you can tell it to synchronize the My Notebook
folder.
