transfering hosts

How do I transfer my site from one host to the other? Is there anything that
does not transfer well? shared borders, frames, etc...

Only any unique permissions (userid/password) will not transfer if you transfer by either Publishing from Local to Server or from
Server to Server (make sure you Publish All and don't have any pages set as do not publish)

Note: if you are using a Discussion web you may not get the new post sync'd w/ the old ones
