Transfering info from Acess Database to Outlook Contacts

Hi
I am wanting to move all my contacts on access database
to outlook contacts - how do I do this??
Are there some easy import/export steps that I need to
follow and if so what are they?

You don't mention what version of Outlook you have, so I assume it must be
the same as mine ;-)

In Outlook 2002, File>>Import and Export>>Import from another program or
file>>scroll down and find Access in the list.

That's as far as I got before being told to install a translator....
