In ACT when you open the client contact screen, it gives you a view of your
historical interaction by date including notes.
The only way I see to add notes in Outlook, is at the particular appointment
or task screen. It appears for me to see my notes I need to go back to the
actual appointment rather than see the notes when open their contact name.
Bottom line, I need to transfer over my notes for each contact. How do I do
that? Can they be loaded into the open/note area below their name on the
"general Contact" screen?
Is there a way to have each appointment automatically enter there, rather
than in "Details" to leave a history like ACT does by date?
