Transfering Office 2007 settings between 2 computers

I have Office 2007 installed on my Desktop & Laptop.

With Office 2003, I went to:

Documents and Settings/user/application/microsoft/outlook

and took those settings, and then I used the SAVE MY SETTINGS Wizard.

I do not know how to transfer from one to another anymore, because it
appears that the SAVE MY SETTINGS Wizard is no longer there.

Not only that, I don't even know where the files were that used to be here:

Documents and Settings/user/application/microsoft/outlook

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
