Transfering OL 03 Contacts & Dist Lists to another PC with OL 07

Hi
I need to migrate a series of contacts & DL's from my PC to a collegue's. So
far I have set up a rich text email, then 'import', 'item' & placed my
contacts & DL's within a new email & sent it.

The email was received & the contacts were successfully opened and saved
into my collegue's contact list. However when I open & save the DL's they
dont appear in my collegues contact list.

I have been able to use this method sucessfully with a migration from one OL
03 PC to another OL 03 PC both contact/DL lists.

Is there a better method to use for a DL migration from OL03 to OL07?

I use the export function to export a contact folder from one pc and import
on another one. Never had problems or missed a DL this way...

If Search MS/Googling 03 to 07 Outlook Contacts fails & Until the Experts
show up Try this: Make a Folder somewhere named 03 Outlook Backup/ Rt Clk on
(1) Dist List to Hi-Light it /Ctrl C (Copy)/ Dbl Clk the Backup Folder you
created to net an empty area/ Edit/Paste--You should see the Dist List with
an ".msg" extension/ Save it or the Folder to a Pen Drive, etc./ Open 07
Outlook/Contacts/ Copy 03 Dist List-Edit-Paste onto 07 Contacts area--See if
Dist List populates the 07 Contacts Section & Opens.
To Backup All 03 Contacts to Folder first do "Ctrl A" (Select All) You can
also Edit-Select All the backed up 03 Contacts and Drag onto 07 Contacts area
(I hope). This was for 02 to 03--Hope 03 to 07 is same & that's why I say Try
Only One first. An old saved post said Do Not Overwrite one PST file Over
Another nets possible Corruption. Don't know why. 03 Outlook says you cannot
use 02 Data and Provides an 02 Format choice in Data File Mgt. Didn't use it
and my Method still worked. Good Luck.
