Transfering Outlook info to new PC

Michael

Hello,

I have a multi issue problem with Microsoft Outlook 2000
(not express). The first problem is that I have a new
computer and I am trying to transfer all of my outlook
information (inbox, contacts, sent items, etc...) to the
new computer. I am using the export using comma
seperated values for windows as my export style. When I
import them to the machine, they do not retain the dates
of the emails, or the attatchments. How do I transfer
the outlook information while retaining all of the
information.

The second part of my problem is that I removed a user
from my domain server before transferring the outlook
information. The user still exists on the local machine,
but I can no longer log in as that user since the SID
number no longer exists. How do I get the outlook
information so that I can have it on the local machine
that I am trying to transfer it to. I am not using
Microsoft Exchange Server, I have all the computers setup
for internet only with outlook. I am sure all the
information for outlook for that user is stored
somewhere, I need to know if I can locate it and where it
would be.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Michael
