transfering pst Outlook file from disk to Office 2003

my hard drive reboot sector quit functioning with MS XP professional and was
replaced with new drive and MS 2003 Office Professional - the pst file was
recovered from the old drive to CD - now am unable to recover Outlook files
to new Outlook - will appreciate suggestions

Make sure that you move your PST to the new HDD and remove the read only
attribute. Then open Outlook and use File/Open and point to the PST.
