Transfering .pst to new computer

I have a new computer with Outlook 2003. My old computer
has Outlook 2000. I've copied the .pst file from the old
to a disk but when I try to open it on the new computer
with Outlook 2003 I get a message stating "File Access
Denied. You do not have the permission required to access
the file d:\outlook.pst" Anyone know why?
