transfering varying values between worksheets

On 10 different worksheets, I have a bill of lading. The
sales staff enter customer, # of pieces, thickness, and
length.
On another worksheet, I have a chart that I would like to
summarize each bill of lading in a column by thickness,
that would tell the production areas how many of each
length to cut, and whom they are for.

customer 1" 1 1/8" 1 3/8"
joe 3@47' 2@24' 6@52'
tom 4@28' 20@18' 9@53'

I have tried IF function, which I can get it to tell me
how many of each thickness to cut, but I haven't been
able to get it to tell me what lengths of each # of cuts
My boss doesn't know much about computers but expects me
to pull this out of my hat. Help!!
