I had a Dell Dimension 8100 with a hard drive that got so full (and was not
cost effective to add only 40 more MB that I invested in a new computer and
discarded the Dell. I transferred my MS Office Pro. 2003 over to the new
computer and now I can not update it. Can anyone help? There are two things I
would like to know:
1) I have the original CD which I purchased. Will all of my data, including
the many, many email addresses, etc. be lost if I uninstall MS Office Pro
2003 and reinstall it using the disk?
2) Is there another way around this? Doesn't Microsoft realize that
sometimes computers break or become out of date. The old Dell had lost its
umph.
Please help.
