Torrey:
Which version of QuickBooks are you using? Pro and Premier
2003 will support synchronization with Outlook, but it is
a VERY specific and limited exchange. I am currently
looking into PDA packages that will exchange data through
a HotSync, also at Microsoft's Small Business Manager to
also carry balance and financial data through to Outlook,
but it is a lonely and rocky road.
I hate to promote ANYTHING from Intuit, but you might look
into their new customer management package now being
touted on their website.
I used to use Peachtree, which would EASILY exchange
financial and contact data with Office2000's Small
Business Manager. Now, I guess I have to also look at
Intuit's offering, as well as Office2003's version of SBM.
Good Luck.
