transferring contacts to new computer

I am moving offices and need to take my list of contacts
with me to my new computer. They are currently stored in
contacts in microsoft outlook (windows xp). Do you know
how I can do this? At the moment I have the contacts
stored in a word document, they have .msg after each
entry and can be opened by clicking on each icon
individually but can't then be saved onto the new
computer.

Any ideas will be HUGELY appreciated.

Export the Contacts Folder to a Personal Folders file (*.pst). Then import
it to the other installation.
