transferring contacts

can someone help me...

I'm on outlook express. I have several contacts and email
folders (archive messages) that I'd like to transfer to a
NEW computer.

1. Can I take the contacts and messages from my old
computer and transfer or import into my new computer?

2. Please tell me the proper way to to this.

Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program despite its similar name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
outlook express news group.
