Transferring Data from my Palm to Outlook 2002

Good Day,

In the past, I have exclusively been working with the
Palm Software. Now, I would like to use Outlook.
However, it seems difficult to transfer the data to
Outlook.
There doesn't seem to be an easy solution from the
Palmsoftware or directly from the PDA itself (through
synchronization).

Can anybody help ? Thanks,
