transferring data to new machine

Go to File-Business Database and choose the "backup" option. From here
specify the file and location you would like to export the file to. Next
copy the newly created file to a media and tranfer to the new system. Once
completed open Outlook on the new system and choose Business Database and
choose the "restore" option. Navigate to the location of the file and begin
the process. Data should be restored and on the new system

Please refer to the following steps to backup and restore your BCM data ontoa new machine.


Backup your data of BCM (Business Contacts Manager)
=======================================
Perform the following steps to backup your data of BCM. Start your Outlook and BCM.

1. Select File -> Import and Export -> Business Contact Manager.
2. Select Import a file and click Next.
3. Select Comma Separated Values(.csv),click Next.
4. Browse for the file under File to Export.
5. Check the csv file under Export data, choose appropriate destination and click Next.
6. Click Finish to Export your data.


Restore your data of BCM (Business Contacts Manager)
=======================================
Perform the following steps to restore your data of BCM. Start your Outlook and BCM.

1. Select File -> Import and Export -> Business Contact Manager.
2. Select Import a file and click Next.
3. Select Comma Separated Values(.csv),click Next.
4. Browse for the file under File to Import, Choose Don't import duplicates.
5. Check the csv file under import data, choose appropriate destination and click Next.
6. Click Finish to import your data.
