Transferring e-mail files from failed disk

I've just installed Outlook on a larger hard drive and
would like to transfer my old mail-boxes (Inbox, Outbox,
etc.) and contact list on the old -- now a slave -- drive
to the new one, but I don't know what the files are
called or where they are. Can anyone help?
