Transferring emails in Outlook 2003 to a new computer with Outlook

I am not as technical as others...I do not know where these files are.

How do I transfer all of my emails to a new computer?

Basically you copy the data file, by default named outlook.pst (with outlook
closed) and locate the file on your new pc, eg in documents folder, then
open it within outlook
