transferring files between computers-- contacts and calendar

how can I transfer folders etc from one computer to another? I'm lost and the
Outlook Help and wizards can't help

Hi Winn2,

you could move a complete PST file from one computer to another:
http://www.slipstick.com/config/movepst.htm

Then you could "reconnect" this complete PST file as your new default PST
file:

"Reconnect your old Outlook data file"

or you can move the imtems from one PST to the other:

"Restore items in a data file"
