transferring files from AOL

Hi,

Does anyone know an easy way to transfer files from AOL
to a Roadrunner account on Microsoft Outlook 2003
Professional? I am interested in transferring
--address book,
--favorite places, and
--filing cabinet

Thank you for the help, I really need it.
