transferring files from FP2002 into FP2003

I have contructed quite a large website using FP2002 at
http://www.footy4kids.co.uk

I would like to upgrade to FP2003 but I'm worried that I'm going to be
letting myself in for a lot of work transferring the content of my site to
the new software.

Will I be able to drag and drop files from FP2002 into 2003 without any
problems? What will happen to the existing navigation? And how easy is it to
change from my current shared borders to 2003's dynamic web templates?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

All you need to do is open the web in FP 2003, there is not transferring of content required.

If the problem can be shown to have been caused by a

PS
After any upgrade of FP always do at least one Publish All to get your local and online sites in sync
