Transferring files from OE to O

Is there anywhere a step-by-step guide to transferring my email addresses in
my address book and also my emails in my inbox and all my folders from OE to
Outlook? OE is running with ME on a laptop and Outlook on a desktop with XP
therefore I can't connect the two together.
