transferring files - old computer to new

How do I transfer all my Outlook (not OE, regular Outlook)
files to my new computer? I can't lose all my email
addresses, regular addresses, old emails, etc. Help??

Copy/burn *.pst files to cd, from cd to new pc,ensure read only flag is off,
before in OL
File/Open/Personal Folders browse to location of *pst
