Transferring Files

I have the Outlook data that I transferred from my old
computer (W98) to my new one with Outlook 2003 and
Windows XP. How do I get the data files into Outlook?
Where should I locate the files? Can anyone tell me the
right files to look for on the old Outlook and where to
put them in the new app?

If you want to import/export your files, please FILES|IMPORT/EXPORT and
follow the wizard.
Its very simple!

How do I get the data files into Outlook?

If you already have the files on the new machine, just Open Outlook and click
File|Open|Outlook data file... then point to the old file. You can set it as
the default folder set too Click Tools|Options|E-mail Accounts|View or
change existing accounts and set your old folder set as the delivery location
at the bottom of that screen.

Whenever possible, use the old file and avoid export/import.
