transferring flash 8 files into frontpage

i am in the process of building a website using frontpage 2000 i have also
been using macromedia flash 8 pro to create a web header for my site. having
created the header i now need to transfer the file to frontpage. as a novice
i am struggling to work out how to do this. i would appreciate some advice

File Import your html (generated by flash 8) and the related .swf file in to FP

Better still don't use the flash 8 html
