transferring lotus organizer 5.03 info to outlook 2000

I would like to transfer the contacts info and calendar from my lotus
organizer 5.03 to outlook 2000. There is infor in the MS KB on doing it for
older versions and for younger versions of organizer but not for version
5.03. Any help greatly appreciated.
