transferring Office 2003 Macros to office 2007

I am running Vista and Office 2003, I use macros often in Word and Excel.

I have tried to upgrade to Office 2007, my templates transfer along with
auto correct entries and dictionaries but my word and excel macros dont seem
to be available after the upgrade.
It is imperative that I transfer these macros, is there another way to get
them across to 2007.

Any help would be appreciated

When I upgraded, with excel 2003 files containing macros, when these were
opened in 2007 there was an indication, below the ribbon, that content was
not available, with the option to make it available, doing this rendered the
macros available. I'm not sure whether this will resolve your issue.
If no further response here, maybe post to an excel specific group
