Transferring Office 2003 Student Edition

Due to myself no longer being a student, I have a copy of Office 2003 Student
Editon which I was intending to give away to a friend who is a student
currently.

I havent used the suite for about 2 years, will it go back to having 3
licences automatically?

Thanks. I only used one licence, so what would happen if they tried to
install it on a third machine. Would the activation wizard prompt them to
phone up to activate it, or would it flat out not allow a fourth installation?

I'm not 100% positive but I suspect they would have to use the telephone
option and explain it to a human being.
