Transferring Office 2007 Professional Plus license to a new comput

I just bought Office 2007 Professional Plus and installed it on my laptop
running Win XP. I want to get a new laptop that has Vista and I wanted to
find out how I can transfer my Office 2007 license to my new laptop once I
get it.

Is it simply uninstalling Office on my current laptop and reinstalling on
the new one? Thanks.

uninstall on old and install on new
if online activation doesnt work, use phone activation
