Transferring Office licence to new computer, old one dead.

Hi,
My old Mac iBook is officially dead with a failed logic board. It had
installed Office:mac v.X (Student and Teacher edition). I have now bought a
new MacBook, but on installing Office:mac I only get a thirty day trial
version.

As I can no longer use the computer where I originally installed Office, how
can I transfer its licence to my new computer?
