Transferring Office Toolbars/menus

I've spent a lot of time customizing my menus and toolbars on all the Office
applications. Now I'm getting a new PC.

Can anyone tell me where all those menus and toolbars are stored in my old
PC so I can simply transfer them over instead of having to re-customize?

Office 2003, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project Pro, Outlook
