transferring office2000 small business to new computer and upgrading

I have purchased a new computer and an upgrade of small
business office2000. My old computer had the older small
business2000. Will I be able to install the old version on
the new computer then to install the upgrade?

Insert your Upgrade cd, Windows installer will find "no qualifying product"
at this time insert your O2k disk the installer will find it, then reinsert
your upgrade disk to finish the install.
