Transferring Onenote

I have Onenote installed on my desktop and my laptop as per the EULA. I am
now thinking of decommisioning my desktop to upgrade to a more powerful
computer. My EULA (see below) says I can transfer the software, but how do I
achieve this with respect to activation. Do I just delete on the old machine,
install on the new machine, and activate again?

14. SOFTWARE TRANSFER. Internal. You may transfer your copy of the
Software to a different device. After the transfer, you must completely
remove the Software from the former device.

Yes, but when you activate you may have to call Microsoft's activation line
on the phone.
