transferring outlook data to a new computer

I just got a new computer. I would like to transfer all
my Outlook data--all sent and received messages, all
message folders, my address book--into the Outlook
installed on the new computer. How do I do this? Can't
find info anywhere I have looked.
Thanks for any help!

Are you standlaone or an exchange server. For standalone, I just copied the
outlook.pst file over to the correct folder. Might not be the correct way
but worked fine.

number 196492. This article explains how to do exactly
what you are trying to accomplish.
