Transferring Outlook data to new system

Folks:

I have a new system running Vista 64 bit and Office 2003. I am finding it
impossible to transfer all of my calendar data from my old system to the new.
I believe I have imported .pst and .pab data but am not sure. Can someone
there help me with how to transfer my Outlook data from my old system to my
new system........Thanks
