Transferring Outlook from W98 to XP Pro

I'm transferring Outlook (Office 2000) from old machines
w/ W98 (SE) to new machines w/ XP Pro. I'm transferring
the .pst's w/o a problem, but I don't know how to transfer
the Outcmd.dat file for modified toolbars and customized
settings. In W98, these are located in Profile folders.
Can't find those in XP Pro. Any guidance?
