Transferring Personal Folders

I have just acquired a new computer and want to transfer all historic emails,
saved to personal folders on my local hard disc, from my old pc to my new pc.
I use Microsoft Outlook 2002 on both computers.

Is there an easy way that I can do this?

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
