Transferring rules/lists from one pc to another

I have transferred my OE (v6) installation from one pc (old) to a new
pc.

Although I have been able to transfer both the Accounts and the
archived posts, I cannot see how to transfer any of the following:-

1. Message rules
2. Blocked senders lists
3. View definitions

Anybody know how I can copy these from the old to new installations
without having to rekey them?

(I have a very extensive blocked senders list, and several rules, so I
really don't want to have to type them all in again!)
