Transferring the Masters List created in References of MS Word 200

I'd highly appreciate if anyone could answer the following queries regarding
MS Word 2007.

Once a Master List of bibliographic references is created in MS Word 2007

1-Is there a way to retrieve the Master List in the form of a Word document
or any other file format?
2-How can we transfer the Master List created in a computer to another
computer not networked with the first one while both of them have MS Office
2007 installed?
