transferring to a new computer

How di I transfer OneNote 2003 to a new computer? When I tried to install it
on my new computer, I got a message that I must deactivate it on one or more
computers first. I can't find how to deactivate it on my old computer. And
before I delete it from the old computer, I want to make sure that I have
everything backed up so that I don't lose my notes. Thanks for any help.
