transferring website to Frontpage2002 from 98

I am currently using Frontpage 98. I had help with
creating it initially but and totally lost now (my helper
is gone..)

I have website currently published. My computer has run
out of room, only 300megs of space left so I plan to buy a
new computer since its very old and want to upgrade to
Frontpage 2002.
How would I transfer a copy of my site from my old
computer (not enough room on a floppy disk to take the
whole site) to the new one? Or can I transfer the online
site directly to the new version of frontpage? (This
sounds easier). Does this work if the site was made using
an older version of frontpage? I find this quite
confusing. I didn't set up my site initially, but I do
know my password of course and I am supposing I will need
that to facilitate the transfer of the site to the new
Frontpage. Thanks for you help.

Anytime you upgrade (same machine or new machine) or open a web in FP on a new machine (even if you "transfer" the web using a CD of
PC to PC link), you will Have to Publish All the 1st time you Publish to get the local and online webs sync'd.
Your best practice is to install FP on the new machine and open your online web in FP (File Open web http://www.yourdomain.com/)
then publish to local - see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=205729
