TransferSpreadSheet Export to Excel - Read-Only object Error

Has anybody recieved this error message when exporting to
Excel using the TransferSpreadSheet method in VBA? I
checked MS Knowledge Base and it say I have quotes and/or
CR-LF in my filenme. I do not see them. I get this error
if I am exporting a Table or a Query. I compiled my
modules and I still get the error. It works in one
database and not another. I'm using MS-Access 97 (I can
not upgrade at this time).
