Transform File

I created a Transform file using the Office 2003 Resource
kit Custom Installation Wizard. If I run the Transform
file from the Start | Run | Command line it removes all
previous versions of office like specified in the file.
When using Group policy to Apply it to a Computer or
Publish it to the Add/Remove Programs It installs 2003
but does not remove the Old version and does not have any
of the Transform file settings. Any ideas?
